After you place your order, your invoice is sent as an e-invoice.
Your orders placed before 15:00 are delivered to the cargo company on the same day.
The cargo company operates according to the density level.
In case of malfunction in our products, a one-to-one replacement is guaranteed.
When receiving the product from the cargo company, make sure to check whether there is any damage on the package.
If there is any visible damage, please request the cargo company to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report".
If you are not satisfied with our product, you have the right to unconditional return for 14 days.
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are covered entirely by our company. You will not be charged any shipping fees.
